Our complete Pro Sport performance one-on-one program is appropriate for any athletes striving to take the next step in their training and game days.
We will discuss daily routines, training plans, and your sports lifestyle every fortnight. Your training and performance plan is explicitly optimized to meet your development growth and goals.
Unlimited one-on-one follow-ups allow us to monitor your training progress and prescribe the exact process that will enable you to reap the most significant benefits.
Once a week, we will take you through a development performance session to enhance your skills, and Twice-monthly, a sit-down catch-up allows for a more in-depth discussion about your progress and requirements.

Team Performance

Not only does Level Up offer individual training to build the overall athlete. We also provide Sports and development-specific team training.
The great advantage is for clubs, schools, youth representative teams, and organizations to come and train together to enhance overall-development skills and team Performance.

Why is Level Up so unique?
Most coaching and mentoring services provide direct one-to-one interactions. We’re attempting to use a collective coaching and mentoring strategy, using in-house and outsourced resources. We can still assign children and young athletes to a “primary mentor,” but the Level Up team collaborates to develop all training plans and strategies.
This collective coaching strategy means all our children and athletes are better supported, better prepared, and have a better communication network!
